Every Sound Techniques unit is designed with careful attention to performance, reliability, and craftsmanship expected from professional studio gear. Each piece carries a unique serial number and is individually tested in California before leaving our facility to ensure it meets our performance standards.
Sound Techniques warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.
During the warranty period, Sound Techniques will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product found to be defective due to manufacturing faults, subject to the conditions outlined below.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Sound Techniques or through an authorized Sound Techniques dealer.
Product Registration
To help us provide the best possible support, customers are encouraged to register their product after purchase.
Product registration allows Sound Techniques to:
- Confirm ownership and warranty coverage
- Provide faster service and technical support
- Notify customers about important product updates or service information
Registration requires the product serial number and proof of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty will be void if the product has been damaged as a result of unauthorized service, repair attempts, internal modifications, or alterations performed by anyone other than Sound Techniques.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Improper electrical conditions, including incorrect voltage, unstable power, or improper wiring
- Use of non-approved or incorrect power supplies
- Accidental damage or physical abuse
- Exposure to moisture, humidity, smoke, fire, dust, debris, or extreme environmental conditions
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
Limitation of Responsibility
Sound Techniques’ responsibility under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective components, at the company’s discretion.
This warranty does not cover incidental expenses or damages, including but not limited to equipment rental, loss of use, loss of studio time, loss of revenue, or other consequential damages, except where such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.
